C.C. Code Geass

Another commission for ! This time feet-uring C.C. from Code Geass. I'm totally unfamiliar with the character, but luckily he gave me a little story to go along with it:

C.C. is being conditioned to be highly susceptible to various means of tickling, starting with her feet.

Stuck in a gauntlet of tickling, she’s currently undergoing a “breather”. Her soles are a rosy shade of red from previous sessions and currently have a slick sheen of baby oil being applied to them by thick mechanical brushes.
